A few years ago, I was exactly where you are - collecting advice from every course and coach I could find. But my career was going absolutely nowhere, no matter how many tactics I tried.
Then I figured out that all those tactics were just surface stuff. What I really needed was the underlying framework that makes the difference between nothing happening and everything working. Once I built that, it all turned around - including winning multiple awards and landing a spot on BBC One's Extraordinary Portraits.
